BrilliantWeb want to give back to the organisations that serve our communities. This is a new fund raising drive that we hope will be successful for us to be able to continue for years to come.
The organisations we have selected for 2010 are Bobbi Bear, Durban & Coast SPCA and ECR Winter Warmth.
The program will run as follows: 1) Bobbi Bear – January 2010 'til May 2010 (www.bobbibear.org.za) 2) ECR Winter Warmth – May 2010 'til July 2010 (www.ecr.co.za) 3) Durban & Coast SPCA – August 2010 'til December 2010 (www.spcadbn.org.za)
Although there are set terms for each organisation the choice is yours to either support each organisation for the period, or you can choose to support your chosen organisation for the entire year. At the end of each term a 'Honors Roll' will be posted on the BrilliantWeb cc website for all to see.We encourage you to get your staff involved in this program. Let's see which of our clients have the biggest hearts. How will the program run?There are 3 packages available:
5 hrs @ R350.00/hr (excl. VAT) = R350.00 donated to organisation of your choice 10 hrs @ R350.00/hr (excl. VAT) = R525.00 donated to organisation of your choice 15 hrs @ R350.00/hr (excl. VAT) = R875.00 donated to organisation of your choice
Normal cost of maintenance is R450.00/hr (excl. VAT). Each package needs to paid in full at the start of the term selected. Any time remaining at the end of the term selected will be carried over into the rest of the year.
Please have a look at the 'Wish List' for each organisation to get your staff involved. If you have an office in the greater Durban area set-up a collection box in your office for the 'wish list' items. Once this box is full a collection of the items will be arranged and delivered to the organization of choice. Which of your departments can bring in the most for your chosen organisation? What do I get out of taking part in this program?First of all you will have the pleasure of helping out those in need. And secondly you will get the maintenance of your website done at a reduced cost to you. When does the program start?Our program will be in full swing from the first day back after the 2009 Christmas break. Monday, January 4th 2010 is the official launch date and will run until Friday, December 10th 2010. Although there is no deadline as to when you can join the program, we would like to have an idea of who will be supporting what organisation so we know what to expect for the coming year.
